IDPP Introduces CRPD Disability Data Dashboard to Support the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

In support of the he International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) organized by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) IDPP is issuing a “soft launch” of its new CRPD Disability Rights Data Dashboard on 3 December 2025. This launch is aligned with the 2025 IDPD theme “Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress.” The IDPP team is pleased to share this beta version of the data dashboard on this special day. We first announced the dashboard during our plenary address at the World Bank’s 2025 International Law, Justice, and Development Week in November. The dashboard is based on our work published in the journal Data & Policy

IDPP encourages our community to explore the dashboard and let us know what you think. We will continue to building the dashboard into 2026 with plans for a formal launch next June at the COSP.
